Part 1. Forests, fish, and other critters, oh my! Willow you join us for a willow-staking party at the beloved Duckabush Oxbow and Wetlands Preserve? We’ll be replacing a blackberry thicket with a willow patch in a quiet spot along the banks of the main river channel. This is a unique opportunity to visit this preserve in winter, when it is closed except for time-sensitive stewardship work due to wildlife needs. Part 1 of 3 work parties (you are not required to attend them all).
