Jefferson Land Trust is seeking an experienced, collaborative, detail-oriented professional as our Development and Administrative Assistant.

Jefferson Land Trust has a track record of high quality and innovative conservation work preserving habitat, working farms, and forests in Jefferson County. This half-time position with benefits will report to the Development Manager to support our development work, our Executive Director, and our Board of Directors.

The successful candidate will be highly organized and will have experience prioritizing projects, working with databases, collaborating within a team, and setting up support systems.
